Rental Agreement
Delivery
Delivery is available upon request. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability. A delivery fee applies, which does not include setup or teardown services. All deliveries and pick-ups are made during our normal business hours, at **street level**. Requests outside of our regular hours or other than **street level**, will be charged an additional fee and must be approved prior.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are folded, packaged, and ready for pickup at the scheduled time. If items are not prepared for pickup, an additional $60 fee will be charged.

Deposit/Temporary Hold on Credit Card
For all reservations, whether made online or in person, a credit card is required to secure your booking. Your card information will be securely stored in our reservation software for the duration of your reservation. Please note that a temporary hold may be applied, depending on the items being rented.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:

Orders canceled within 7 calendar days of pickup or delivery are subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the entire invoice.
Refunds:

For qualifying refunds, if payment was made by credit card, the 3% processing fee will be retained.

Lost or damaged items:
In the event a rental item is not returned or is returned in a broken or otherwise damaged condition, the customer will be charged the cost price thereof. This cost shall be due and payable immediately using the payment method on file, in addition to the rental charge.
Late Return Policy:
If the rental equipment/games are not returned by the agreed-upon day/time or if an extension has not been requested via text, your credit card will be charged $5/hour per item for late returns, or the replacement value of each item(s).
Return time is crucial to ensure availability for other customers and smooth operations. Thank you for your understanding.
Customer Use:
Customer shall use all rental equipment in a careful and proper manner and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Customer shall return the rental equipment in the same condition as when received. Customer hereby assumes all risk of loss and damage to the rental equipment from any cause whatsoever.
Order Acceptance:
Customer acknowledges that the rental equipment is of the size, design, and capacity selected by the customer and that MTZ Game Rentals has not made and does not make any representation, warranty, or covenant, expressed or implied, with respect to the condition, quality, durability, or suitability of the equipment rented. MTZ Game Rentals shall not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the rental equipment, by any inadequacy thereof, or by defect therein.
Indemnification: Customer shall indemnify MTZ Game Rentals against any claim, action, damages, and liability, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or connected with customer’s use and possession of the rental equipment properly.
Acceptance of Terms:
By placing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. You authorize us to charge your credit card accordingly as per the conditions stated above.
